It’s been a week since Enzo’s birthday party. After weeks of rushed birthday preparations, we’re able to pull it off. Everything went well though it wasn’t a perfect one.
FUN.. this is how I’ll describe it!
On Enzo’s big day, we woke up as early as possible to get things done.. I started blowing up the balloons.. one by one.. hahaha! I really thought it was going to be easy, unfortunately, I had to use a lot of strength in doing it, then I had to ask hubby to substitute.
By 9AM we headed to the Gaisano Mall to buy some ingredients we thought we already had (tsk. tsk. tsk.), then we rushed at the nearest wet/dry market to buy fresh meat & vegetables for the day’s dishes.
By 10:30AM, I’m a bit panicky because I haven’t finished working on the decorations. And if I were to follow my time table, by that time I should be cooking the spaghetti already. Read the rest of this entry »
